If you have a firewall installed on your computer or network, then it is possible that your iTunes displays the following error message when you are trying to download the episodes:

This error is not caused by the PrepCast™ security - it is caused by firewalls on your computer or network. Here is what you can do:
We are sorry that we cannot help you fix this error. It is caused by the security settings on your computer which we cannot access and change for you.
