How do I cancel my PM Podcast subscription at PayPal?

Note: This FAQ entry pertains only to The PM Podcast, which is our podcast about general project management. This does not pertain to The PM PrepCast, which is our PMP exam preparation video workshop.

Please , I would like to cancel my subscription. What do I need to do ?

In the above link at your site this seems to be the place to ask for cancelling the subscription, but I am afraid this is more like to ask for a new subscription not to cancel it .... In a frist moment this looks different from the video available to guide users. Can you post the path intended for that for me ? THX !!

I looked at your account in our system and I see that you used a credit card to subscribe to The PM Podcast and not PayPal. I know understand why the video on this page isn't helping you. The good news is that we can cancel a credit card subscription from our side. I have now gone ahead and I have canceled your subscription to The PM Podcast. Your card will no longer be charged.
