Unable to Download The Agile PrepCast™

Do you get error messages "Authorization is needed to access..." when downloading the video lessons?

This error is not caused by The Agile PrepCast™ security - it is caused by firewalls on your computer or network. Here is what you can do:

• Are you trying to download The Agile PrepCast™ on your office computer? Your company probably has a firewall in place that prohibits the download of podcast video files. You can speak to your network administrator and ask for an exception, or you can download the Agile PrepCast™ from another computer that does not have a firewall installed. For instance, at home or on a friend's computer.

• Are you trying to download The Agile PrepCast™ on your home computer? Open your firewall and change the settings to "off for a few minutes, download all of The Agile PrepCast™ episodes and then restart the firewall. But be careful! If you turn the firewall off, then your computer is unprotected. Changing the settings to allow traffic is always a better solution.
