Can I share the Agile PrepCast™ video and audio files?

No, because any video and audio files you download from The Premium Agile PrepCast™ are copyright of OSP International LLC.

You are allowed to make backup copies and watch them as often as you like on your computer or portable player, but you are not allowed to share them. Similarly, your subscription feed to The Premium Agile PrepCast™ is your personal subscription and may not be shared either. We monitor download activities for repeated multiple downloads.

Should you share your subscription feed with others, your access will be terminated without the right to a refund. In both cases, you would violate the Project Management Institute's (PMI)® Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. We reserve the right to take appropriate action.
