If you are using @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com email, then please check your spam folder (junk mail folder) as well. Unfortunately, Yahoo and Hotmail often think that our first email to you is spam.

If for some reason, the email was lost or deleted, you can always email support@pm-prepcast.com using the email address you used in the purchase, and we will re-send the welcome email and download instructions to you.
