You can actually submit your PDU claim even if the name on the certificate is incorrect, but if you wish to have it changed/ corrected, you will need to write to our support team.

Please write to support@pducast.com and ask us to change your name.

Please tell us the name as it currently appears on the certificate and how you would like it to appear in the future.

Here is the good news: You can submit your PDU claim to the Project Management Institute (PMI)® even if the name on the certificate is incorrect. PMI® usually takes a day or two to review a PDU claim. And our support team is quick enough to update your name so that by the time PMI® wants to see the certificate, you will have an updated version ready.
