Using The PM Exam Simulators does not quality for Contact Hours, because the Simulator is not an exam preparation course.

Only training courses qualify for Contact Hours. And because The PM Exam Simulators are "only" tools to test your ability to pass the exam, you cannot earn Contact Hours from it.
